If you find you might have to do some work while on vacation, there is a nice large desk available for you to complete your tasks. Patio located off the back slider with BBQ, chairs and table for you to have your morning coffee/breakfast or later to enjoy dinner and watch the sunset and Catalina. Completely furnished and ready for occupancy. Community offers direct access to the sand, ocean or bike path or a great pool for serious swimmers or just cooling off after an exhausting day of sitting at the beach finding seashells. Also included: Weight room, saunas or a clubhouse with complete kitchen and pool table if you have friends visiting you$. Clubhouse needs to be reserved in advance. This unit is rented seasonally with 30 days minimum. July, August September and October FOR $ 7000 per month; November through June $6000 per month. Enjoy a great vacation experience.
